Running costs depend on the product, electricity rate and how many hours per day it is used. As a rough example, a 6kW sauna running for 8 hours is around 240 THB per day. A 1kW ice bath/chiller running for 8 hours is around 40 THB per day. All Numena saunas are 6kW except the smallest model, which is 3.5kW and uses less power.

Servicing is included as standard. Saunas usually need maintenance around every 6 months. Ice baths need more regular care, usually around once a month. If there is a problem, we can also inspect or repair the system on request.

Yes. We take a 50% deposit when the order is confirmed. The remaining 50% is paid when the product arrives and is ready for delivery or installation.

Delivery usually takes 6–8 weeks after the order is confirmed. Installation normally takes 1–2 days, depending on the product, access and site conditions.

Most installations need a level, stable base, suitable access to power and an electrical outlet in the right location. Ice baths may also need access to water and drainage depending on the setup. After the site review, Numena will tell you exactly what is needed before installation.

Electrical work, plumbing work, structural changes, custom decking and special access equipment are not included in the standard installation and must be arranged separately by the client.

Yes. Outdoor saunas such as the Pyros are built for outdoor use, and the ice baths can be installed indoors or outdoors. For outdoor setups, it is better to place the products under a roof or cover where possible, especially in exposed locations. We confirm the right model, placement and weather protection after reviewing the site.

Yes. Numena delivers and installs across Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao, with delivery and installation included.

Yes. We can start with photos or videos of the space, then arrange an on-site review if needed. Before anything is confirmed, we check access, placement, power, water and installation requirements.

Most installations need some site preparation, usually electrical work and sometimes water or drainage. After the site review, Numena will tell you exactly what is needed. Electrical and plumbing work is not included in the installation and must be arranged by the client with a qualified electrician or plumber.

Yes, but we need to check the site first. Some products are heavy, so we must confirm access, floor strength, delivery route and installation safety before approving the setup.

A complete recovery room combines a sauna and cold plunge into one planned setup. The goal is to make the products work together visually, practically and commercially, rather than placing separate products without a clear layout.

For compact villas, Hestia + Boreas is the usual starting point. For two-bedroom villas, Contrast Suite is the default recommendation. For premium villas and resorts, The Recovery Room Bundle is the flagship option.

Yes, with the same sensible precautions as any sauna or cold plunge. Every install is handed over with simple usage guidance, and we can supply signage for guests. We recommend short sessions, no use after alcohol, and that anyone pregnant or with a heart condition checks with a doctor first.

Yes. Numena products come with a 12-month warranty. Warranty details are confirmed in the quote before payment.

The wood and main materials are selected for island conditions, including humidity and outdoor use. Chillers are more sensitive, especially close to the beach where salt air can cause damage over time. The chiller warranty is 12 months. After that, replacement or repair costs are paid by the client.
